F & S is engaged in the sale of ready-to-wear products and accessories. These conditions only apply to users who are natural persons.

Article 1 - Definitions

1.1. - "User" means any user who surfs, becomes aware, orders and / or buys a product offered on the site.
1.2. - "Product" means any product offered on the site.

4.2 -
Late delivery

In case of late delivery by post within eight days of the shipping date indicated in the email "followed - shipping notice", we suggest you check with your post office if the package is not pending, and if so, we invite you to report the delay in contacting our customer service by email.
